I'd just wanted to write to say how appreciative I am for not only the great job Tim did with my electrical work but also the fantastic customer service he gave in the process. It was by far the best customer service I have received in a long time from any business.

Tim was extremely helpful in answering all my questions both over the phone and also with prompt replies to all of my emails.

He happily arranged for a no obligation free quote and took the time to come to my property, perform a proper inspection and provided a detailed proposal of suggested work along with additional information regarding safety standards.

He then put up with me hunting around for multiple quotes and graciously accepted my choice to engage a different company who had dismissed the concept of coming to my property and said they could easily quote over the phone, stating "should be all good".

In the end, I have learnt my lesson - after having been stuffed around completely by this other company and told all manner of weird and wonderful stories once they finally arrived at my property in attempts to readjust their quote, I called Tim back with a big apology for even having considered to look elsewhere and begged him to do the work for me. Tim was amazingly humble and booked me for his next earliest availability.

From there I cannot sing his praises enough. He was perfect with my tenants, he contacted me in advance reconfirm the job. He actioned the work quickly, professionaly and what's more when the job took him less time than he originally quoted, he let me know and adjusted the final costs down accordingly (a sign of true honesty and integrity, which is a dying trait in business these days).

If you ever need a highly skilled, extremely professional and just plain nice electrician, in fact if you ever need an electrician full stop then all I can say is Tim is your man. I would recommend him to anyone/everyone!
